Aero Delivery: A Partnership Built on Community

Aero Delivery is a warehouse and distribution company rooted in the food industry, working every day to move food safely and efficiently. Beyond logistics, they see themselves as part of the community—using their expertise to support partners and help ensure food reaches those who need it most.

For more than two decades, Aero has quietly supported the Food Bank in whatever ways were needed—from providing storage and assisting with deliveries to helping expand capacity through the donation of a truck. Their support has never been about one moment, but a consistent willingness to step up.

At the heart of their approach is a simple belief: help your neighbours. “We (will be) in the same neighbourhood,” they say. “You should just help your neighbours.”

That philosophy guides everything they do—from everyday acts like clearing nearby streets and participating in community cleanups to supporting local organizations. It’s also reflected in their core values: respect and value each other, our customers, and our community.

Aero’s recent $100,000 gift to the Nutrien Plant Possibility campaign was a natural extension of that commitment. Having seen firsthand the impact of growing demand and limited space, the need was clear.

“We knew that was a real need,” they say. “We’re in the food business; we’re going to be next door—it just made sense. It was a no-brainer.” And the need continues to grow.

“The numbers don’t lie,” they say. “It’s critical—we’re talking about food.”

While their contribution is significant, Aero believes anyone can make a difference. “Just start small,” they encourage.

Because for Aero Delivery, impact isn’t about scale—it’s about showing up, helping out, and being a good neighbour.

As the Food Bank prepares to become Aero’s neighbour in a new way, the partnership continues to evolve—but its foundation remains unchanged. Built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to community, Aero Delivery’s story is a reminder that lasting impact often comes from simply showing up—and being willing to help.
