LEARNING PATHWAYS FACILITATOR

Reports to: Creating Opportunities Program Manager

Hours: Monday-Friday, possibility of evenings and weekends

Term: Contract, Full Time

Salary: Pay Band 5 (Professional) - $24.94 to $30.81/hr (2026)

Job Purpose: The Learning Pathways Facilitator plans and facilitates short learning opportunities for community members. The Learning Pathway Facilitator takes the lead role in the curriculum development, facilitation, and marketing of the Learning Pathway and collaborates with other SFBLC staff to implement workshops.
