Manager, Capital Fundraising 

The Manager, Capital Fundraising is responsible for leading and executing the fundraising strategy for SFBLC’s new facility project. Reporting to the Executive Director, this senior-level role will oversee all aspects of the capital campaign, including donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. The position will work closely with leadership, board members, and campaign volunteers, and collaborate with the communications team to drive visibility and engagement in support of campaign goals. 

Report To: Executive Director

Hours:  Monday to Friday, possibility of evenings and weekends required 

 Term: 30 hrs./week (.75 FTE) 

 Salary: Pay Band 6 (Management, Senior Professional), $25.91 to $32.00/hr. (2025)
