DEADLINE TO REGISTER - JANUARY 5, 2026

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO

Last year’s HeARTworks auction was a massive success thanks to artists like you who dedicated their time, creative artworks and passion. This has greatly impacted the services of Saskatoon Food Bank and Learning Centre’s programs, and we thank Art Posse and everyone who was involved in making the evening a massive success. Without your hard work and dedication to the cause, this event wouldn’t be possible.

As we work to streamline processes, both SFBLC and Art Posse feel it is important to ensure there is clear communication between the Artist and both organizations. This event will be enriched as we continue to grow together.

What you need to know:

  • All artist intake forms must be submitted by JANUARY 5, 2026 to allow time for preparing printed materials, artist recognition, and promotional showcases.

  • Artists can choose to offer a 100% donation or 50%.

  • Artists will receive a discount code for a 50% discount for one HeARTworks 2026 ticket, which will be provided to the artists directly from Art Posse.

  • After the event, artwork will be available for pick-up at Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre, one month after the event, from April 25th, 2026, to May 25th, 2025. Emails will be sent to artists who have artwork to pick up.

  • Artwork that is not picked up by May 25th will be considered a donation for future events.

  • To receive a Gift-In-Kind receipt (GIK) artists who value work under $1,000 are required to fill out GIFT IN KIND FORM. Art values over $1,000 will require an appraisal from a third-party source.
