Walmart Canada and Food Banks Canada kick off the seventh annual Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign, beginning February 15, 2024, and running through March 13, 2024, in Walmart stores across the country to benefit local food banks.

ABOUT THE CAMPAIGN:

Fight Hunger. Spark Change. has generated 96 million meals since 2017 in support of the food banking network across Canada.

This year we hope to add 10 million more meals!

The Fight Hunger. Spark Change. campaign offers simple ways community members can take action to help their local food banks.

How Walmart Customers Are Giving Back:

Customers can make a donation at the checkout.

Add a donation to your online order through www.walmart.ca/fighthunger

Customers can make a food donation. Walmart Canada stores will also be accepting non-perishable food donations. A donation bin will be placed at the front of each store. Customers can donate any shelf stable products and will also find marked items from our brand partners highlighted throughout stores. They include canned protein, fruits

and vegetables, rice, whole-wheat pasta and sauces, soups, and protein alternatives (ex: peanut butter and beans).
