Kelly Panteluk Construction Ltd.
(KPCL Dirt Movers)

KPCL and the Panteluk family recognize the importance of investing in initiatives to support the communities they work within. In that spirit, KPCL is supporting the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre (SFBLC)’s future home with a major donation of $250,000.

KPCL has been safely building critical infrastructure across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and Manitoba since 1953. As a second-generation, family-owned business headquartered in Estevan and Saskatoon, KPCL’s legacy of excellence extends beyond construction to creating meaningful change in the communities they serve.

For the Panteluk family, giving back is more than a value – it’s a tradition. Walter “Jumbo” and Janet Panteluk, the founders of KPCL, laid the groundwork for both the company’s infrastructure projects and its commitment to community support. Today, under the leadership of the next generation, that same ethos continues to guide their operations.

Since 2010, KPCL has invested over $1.8 million in community initiatives, with a focus on youth education and training, healthcare, and sports infrastructure. From supporting White Buffalo Youth Lodge to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, their contributions have touched lives across the province. Now, they are proud to stand with SFBLC in the Nutrien Plant Possibility Campaign.

“When the pandemic disrupted the workforce in 2020, we saw the increased demand for services at food banks and knew we had to help,” says Kelly Panteluk. “The fact that 41% of clients are children is staggering. Early interventions like food security and education are essential to breaking the cycle of need for future generations. We are honoured to be part of the solution through the SFBLC and all that they do.”

KPCL’s generous donation to the Nutrien Plant Possibility Campaign reflects their dedication to bridging the gap for essential services. As KPCL moves towards its third generation of family leadership, they continue to take great pride living and working throughout Saskatchewan and recognize their role and responsibility in giving back.

Mary Panteluk has been heavily involved in volunteering with food banks since 2020. She mobilized the Saskatchewan construction associations to support SK food banks during the Covid-19 crisis and then joined the SFBLC’s capital campaign cabinet, donating her time to fundraise for the project. “By investing in the communities we work within, we are helping to support the economic and social frameworks to help these communities succeed,” Mary states.

KPCL’s contribution to the Nutrien Plant Possibility Campaign exemplifies how businesses can drive meaningful change, one project – and one act of generosity – at a time. Thank you, KPCL!
