OVERVIEW

EMERGENCY NUTRITION

We provide 2 to 3 days’ of emergency food for anyone in Saskatoon and area (a 50 km radius). We also have infant formula, jars of baby food, and infant cereals for all children under one year of age. Our Milk For Children program provides one litre of fresh milk for each child ages 17 and under as well as pregnant and nursing women.

PROGRAMS

In addition to our Emergency Nutrition Program, we have a variety of seasonal and year-round programs that provide community members with the opportunity to access other types of support. Our Clothing Depot provides an affordable shopping experience. The Garden Patch is an urban farm that provides fresh food for the community and plenty of opportunities to learn about gardening and agriculture. Community members can access help with Tax Filing.  In our Learning and Nutrition Programs, we operate various learning, self-help, and life skills programs that are supportive of learning needs and aspirations within a family-oriented, empowering, and self-directed environment.
