MICRO OIL INC
Micro Oil Inc. has generously donated $100,000 to the Nutrien Plant Possibility campaign to ensure the Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre (SFBLC) can continue to meet the significant needs in our community.
Founded in 2000, Saskatchewan’s Micro Oil Inc. has grown into a supplier of industrial oils that are critical to the Canadian mining sector. Their headquarters are located in the East Floral Industrial Park, which is where they’ve primarily operated since 2016.
For Micro Oil Inc., customer service is the heart of their business. The company prides itself on ensuring their customers and suppliers receive the support they need, even being available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The longevity of their relationships with customers, and their dedicated team is a testament to the strength of their business model—one built on trust, reliability, and going ‘outside the box’ to find solutions. Their success has also allowed them to invest in their community, a core value that has shaped their corporate philosophy.
During a recent tour of SFBLC, Micro Oil Inc.’s leadership was moved by the work the organization does, particularly in addressing food security for children. As the company learned more about SFBLC's initiatives, Micro Oil Inc. was inspired to contribute to the food bank’s mission to support the community's most vulnerable.
“We believe that every contribution helps. Whether it’s through volunteering, donating, or simply learning about what’s happening in your community, everyone can make a difference,” says a spokesperson from Micro Oil Inc. “Contributing to the Nutrien Plant Possibility campaign just makes sense. Without food it is difficult to get through a day of school let alone thrive. We encourage others to find ways to help.”
Micro Oil Inc. is proud to call Saskatoon home and sees the opportunity to grow their relationships with their customers and with the broader community as a chance to make a difference locally. They value the spirit of giving that Saskatoon embodies, where both individuals and businesses consistently contribute to the wellbeing of their fellow residents.
For Micro Oil Inc., the future is all about giving back. The company is committed to ensuring that Saskatoon remains a great place to live, and through their support of SFBLC, they hope to inspire others to follow in their footsteps, ensuring that everyone has access to the necessities of life.
Thank you to Micro Oil for this wonderful gift towards the Nutrien Plant Possibility campaign!
