This Food Safety Training course provides participants with the knowledge and certification required to handle food safely in a variety of workplace settings. Participants will learn about foodborne illnesses, safe food handling practices, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitation procedures, temperature control, and food storage requirements. Upon completion, participants will have the skills needed to help maintain a safe and healthy food service environment.
