What is neurodiversity, and why does it matter in the workplace? This introductory workshop offers an overview of neurodiversity and explores how different ways of thinking, learning, and communicating can contribute to workplace success. Participants will gain a basic understanding of neurodiversity and learn practical ways to foster a more welcoming and inclusive work environment.
