Blood Sugar Basics: A Beginner’s Guide to Living Well with Diabetes

  • Saskatoon Food Bank & Learning Centre #202 Ave. C South SK S7M 1N2 (map)

This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of blood sugar: how it works in the body, what happens in diabetes, and the role food plays in our energy levels and blood sugar stability. Together, we’ll try out a few simple, no-cook recipes and walk away with practical tips for creating meals and snacks you can use every day to help support stable blood sugars. Whether you are living with diabetes or supporting someone who does, this workshop is for you.
