In partnership with our Nutrition Team we are offering the Cooking with an Emergency Hamper workshop. Join us for an interactive workshop where we discuss how to create balanced meals using ingredients commonly found in emergency hampers. Practical tips and community support all in one place!

We will explore how to create nourishing and balanced meals using one of our Food Bank hampers. All skill levels are welcome! Snacks will be provided and participants get to eat the food that they make during the class.
